Guru Purnima is a significant festival celebrated as a tribute to our parents and teachers, the guiding lights in our lives. This special day is dedicated to expressing gratitude and reverence to those who have nurtured, guided, and shaped us.
Recognizing that parents are a child’s first gurus, the event honoured the vital role they play in building a child’s values, beliefs, and personality. Their love, guidance, and support help children confidently navigate the world.
To mark this special occasion, parents gathered in the auditorium for a heartfelt ceremony — a moment to bless their children and also receive blessings from the school’s gurus.
Our little kindergartners beautifully expressed their gratitude by singing the “Guru Brahma” song, filling the space with warmth and devotion. The Vice Principal addressed the gathering, explaining the significance of Guru Purnima and its relevance in modern times.
An inspiring video story on gurus was screened, reminding everyone of the power of knowledge, mentorship, and the lasting impact of a true teacher.
