PVBM UKG kindergartners took out an anti crackers rally on October 26th 2018 from school premises to railway station to spread the message to avoid crackers and celebrate green and safe diwali. The young UKG eco-warriors along with their parents carried colourful placards, decorated diyas and raised slogans like “Say no to crackers and yes to earthen lamps“ to cultivate a sense of duty towards their environment and society. Our little ones enthralled the public with their thought provoking slogans. Also few kids gave a speech about the harmful effects of crackers. Our UKG buddies issued handmade pamphlets that carried a message to avoid crackers to the public. Railway doctor appreciated the efforts of the kids for raising the awareness on the environmental issues. The harmful effect of crackers to health and environment were brought to fore by the children with a request to all to celebrate this diwali without crackers.
