Programme Name : Ganesh Chathurthi Celebration

Participants : Grade 1 to 5

Objective of the Celebration:

• According to Hindu customs, Ganesh Chaturthi marks the birth of the deity Lord Ganesha, the God of wisdom and prosperity.

Program report:

• Ganesh Chathurthi is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Ganesha. The session started with traditional lamp lighting and aarthi. Children showcased dances and songs depicting the importance of Lord Vinayaka.
• People believe that Lord Ganesha, the symbol of wisdom bestows his presence on Earth during this festival and removes their obstacles. With such belief, PVBM organized various activities on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi through virtual mode.
• The sole purpose of the celebration was to let the students stay rooted in Indian culture and to enable them to understand the significance of this festival.
• The graceful expressions given by the tiny tots on a devotional song were really breathtaking and won the hearts of the audience. There was devotion, creativity, and fun altogether
• Principal Mrs. Sridevi addressed the gathering and blessed all the students on this auspicious occasion, applauded the efforts of the parents, students, and teachers in making the virtual Ganesh Chathurthi celebration a grand success.
