Our kindergarten children of PVBM celebrated the Navaratri festival with great enthusiasm in a virtual mood.
Gollu dolls were arranged according to tradition and culture, a village, park, and zoo was created and also decorated the room with sparkling lights.
Our wonderful celebration started with prayer followed by welcome speech and Aarthi by the Principal and Vice – Principal of our school.
A video highlighting the making of Gollu display of our school was shown. Kids looked very charming in their traditional attire.
It was very nice to see the kid’s bhajan video – Gopala, Gopala… an elegant and graceful dance video of our kids which brought the festive mood.
A video depicting the god and goddess was rendered by our kids which stole the show.
Our UKG kid parent delivered a speech on the significance of Gollu with great enthusiasm.
Children made a wonderful garland using cotton, kids enjoyed the activity with great zeal.
Our vice principal made a nutritious salad (Kosombari) with moong Dal, grated carrot and coconut, and salt. All the kids followed the directions very well and enjoyed too.The celebration ended up with a vote of thanks by our kids.
PVBM members, parents, and students visited our school Gollu and had an insight of our rich culture and heritage.
