Taking inspiration from beautiful and colourful nature, Prasan Vidya Bala Mandir kindergarten celebrated colour day celebration for the students of pre-kg with the aim of inculcating beauty of colours in kids. A very important part of learning during kindergarten years is identification and recognition of colours. Fun days with colours were celebrated from 16th july – 27th july 2018.
Each day children and staff came in a particular coloured outfit. The class rooms too were decorated with different colours to welcome our children. Our tiny tots looked beautiful with their coloured attires and all brought objects like toys, vegetables, fruits related to that colour day. So the class room was colourful and enjoyable.
The theme is planned to enable the children to experiment the colours with activities. We spoke about colours during circle time and they sang rhymes on colours. The children enjoyed the activity with enthusiasm. The little ones enjoyed their days and learned about colours in their own ways.
