Timing : 9.30 am – 10.30 am

The session began with a small introduction of stating the benefits of story reading followed by school prayer.
The session was all about the following points

• Exploring each and every details of the page
• Reading time
• Prediction (say what the story is about by looking at the picture)
• Sight words
• State \ cite the left out words from the sentence
• Sequencing the sentence

Assertive instruction and demonstration were given by the teachers for all the above mentioned points.

Parents experienced a wonderful session on how to make their kids develop the reading skills with joy and interest.

Our vice principal briefly explained the importance and ways , how kids can be encouraged and to inculcate the habit of reading books every day.
