Ganesh chathurthi is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Ganesha, the son of Lord Shiva and Parvathi. The festival is also known as Vinayagar chathurthi.
The Kindergarten children of PVBM celebrated Vinayagar Chathurthi through virtual mode with great pomp and gaiety.
The session started with a prayer followed by teachers explaining the significance of Vinayagar Chathurthi and how we celebrate Vinayagar Chathurthi at home.
Molding an idol at home would be fascinating for children to create memories while manifesting the idol of Lord Ganesha with their own hands with clay.
Children made wonderful Lord Ganesha idol using clay with their families.
It was a more precious moment to see the little hands preparing fried gram – jaggery laddu for Ganesha. Our little one’s accomplished both activities with great enthusiasm.
The kids chanted the Ganapathy sloka and sung the Ganesha song with the teacher. The session ended up with pleasant learning moments.
